Spooky Spider Cookies

1: Cream together the sugar, butter, and peanut butter until smooth.

2: Add in the egg and vanilla and mix well.

3: Stir in the dry ingredients with a spatula.

4: Scoop out 1.5 oz cookie dough balls.

5: Place 12 on a cookie sheet and bake at 350°F for 8-10 minutes.

6: Dimple the center with a tablespoon as soon as they are out of the oven.

7: Wait for them to cool slightly.

8: Place chocolate truffles in the center.

9: Melt down the chocolate chips and add to a piping bag to create legs and use as glue for the sprinkle eyes.
