Pretzel Peanut Butter Cups

Add peanut butter and butter to a medium sauce pan and place over medium heat.
Once the butter is fully melted, take it off the heat and add in salt and vanilla. Then add in powdered sugar. Stir in with a wire whisk till smooth. Pour this mixture all over the crushed pretzels.
Melt the chips and coconut oil together in a microwave-safe bowl for 30 seconds at a time till smooth. After each 30-second interval, mix the chocolate ingredients together. Repeat until the chocolate is fully melted. Then, using a spoon, spread the chocolate mixture out in each cup (as evenly as possible), including up the sides. Then add in the peanut butter pretzel mixture about 3/4 full. Top with a little more melted chocolate to cover the tops and spread out with the back of a spoon once more--just till peanut butter is covered. Set peanut butter cups in the fridge to chill for 15- 20 minutes or until set. Eat right away or keep in fridge and eat when you'd like.

Hope you enjoy!
