These toaster strudels bring a nostalgic 90's flavor, made from scratch for a much better experience. They are shaped like bunnies, but they could also resemble fish, making them a fun Easter treat. Filled with a delightful mixture of cream cheese and raspberry preserves, they are dusted with powdered sugar for a sweet finish.

Instructions

1: In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, and salt. Mix together well and set aside.

2: Cut out 12 equal sized shapes from the pastry dough.

3: Brush 6 shapes with egg wash.

4: Top each brushed shape with a dollop of raspberry preserves and 1.5 teaspoons of cream cheese filling.

5: Cover with the remaining pastry shapes. Crimp the edges and brush the tips with egg wash.

6: Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.

7: Dust with powdered sugar and enjoy.
